At this stage it will follow a similar format to previous years with an opening function on the evening of 1 September, the conference on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd September, a Conference Dinner on Thursday evening and the AGM Breakfast on Friday. However change is possible!
The hotel (formerly Centra Auckland Airport Hotel) is pleased to be able to offer accommodation over the weekend at the special conference daily rate of $155 per room per night including GST. We will be able to offer some special Auckland activities to encourage delegates to think of a "Spring Break" and take a long weekend in the city. You will be able to book accommodation with your registration. We invite our commercial partners to think about the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities and consider their involvement. A full proposal will shortly be available on the website, but we have attached a list of possible opportunities and ask that you send your requests for bookings or information to us at conferencebrokers@xtra.co.nz as soon as possible.
